Warranty policy

1. Warranty period

Where applicable, eligible products are covered for 14 days from the date of delivery.

The applicable warranty information will be stated on the relevant product page or order documentation.

2. Used products

Used products are sold without warranty, unless the individual product listing specifically states otherwise.

Customers should carefully review the condition and product details before purchasing.

3. What the warranty covers

For eligible products, the warranty may cover genuine functional or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

The product must be inspected and verified by Dubai Street Hub before any warranty claim is approved.

4. What is not covered

The warranty does not normally cover:

• Physical or accidental damage
• Cracked or broken screens
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by accessories or third-party products
• Loss or theft
• Issues caused by software, applications or user settings, where applicable

5. Warranty claims

To request a warranty review, contact our support team within the applicable warranty period and provide:

• Order number
• Product details
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos where relevant

The product may need to be returned for inspection.

6. Inspection & resolution

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

If an eligible defect is confirmed, Dubai Street Hub may, where applicable:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide another appropriate resolution

The available resolution may depend on the product, availability and nature of the issue.

7. No warranty on used items

Unless expressly stated on the product listing, used products do not come with a warranty.
