CANCELLATION POLICY

At Dubai Street Hub, we aim to process orders quickly and efficiently. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped.

If the cancellation is approved before shipping, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING

If an order has already been shipped or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation may still be requested, but applicable shipping and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

Any shipping, delivery or logistics charges already incurred by Dubai Street Hub are non-refundable.

3. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

Where applicable, payment gateway, transaction or processing fees that are non-refundable to Dubai Street Hub may be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund will therefore be calculated based on the amount actually recoverable after applicable non-refundable charges.

4. CANCELLATION BY DUBAI STREET HUB

Dubai Street Hub may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons.

If an order is cancelled by Dubai Street Hub and payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. IMPORTANT

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.

Any deductions will be communicated where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
